Supporting Vistamar School
PLEASE JOIN US

The effort to establish Vistamar School has been deliberate and focused. Early in the process, the founding Board of Trustees incorporated the school, attained 501(c)(3) non-profit status, and developed a sound financial model to ensure the operational viability of the institution.

Building and sustaining educational excellence at Vistamar School continues to require an uncompromising commitment from trustees, friends, and parents, especially during the opening years when investments are needed for construction and program expansion. Support for Vistamar in the form of private donations also offers a unique opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to resources in the South Bay and to the development of young peoples' lives.

The community's generosity has long provided the necessary support for the South Bay's most critical programs. Vistamar has been no exception. We have received more than $13 million dollars in commitments thus far. These gifts and pledges covered all pre-opening expenses and support program costs, financial access, facilities, and endowment. We are well on our way to reaching our goal of $25 million, required over the next few years, to complete subsequent phases of construction and to grow the school to a self-sustaining enrollment of 380 students.

Our great appreciation goes to donors and to individuals and organizations who have expressed their generous support to date.

Please join us in our efforts. There are many ways to participate: Tax-deductible cash donations of all amounts, in-kind gifts, corporate matching gifts, securities and, of course, volunteering. During the months ahead there will be many unique opportunities for personal and corporate involvement.

If you would like to make a gift or pledge to support financial aid for students with need, or to support the growth of our facilities, please contact the Development Office at 310-643-7377 or click HERE to make your gift online.
